  • What are your hours of operation?

    Both Hillsborough and Piscataway are typically open from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

  • What are your shipping and receiving hours?

    Receiving is normally 8 AM – 11 AM. Shipping is normally 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM

  • Can you ship material the same day you receive the order?

    Absolutely. If the order is received by 11:00 AM, we can usually get it out the same day.

  • Do any of your facilities offer a rail side?

    Yes. Our Hillsborough facility has a rail side with the capacity of ~ 150 rail cars. Norfolk Southern services this directly with no short line involved. The site also has its own locomotive to move the cars around as needed.

  • Can you store hazardous materials?

    Yes with some caveats. Both facilities have Hazardous Materials Certificates issued by the DOT, however, we limit what classes are stored depending on different criteria. Please contact us directly for more information on whether we can store your products.

  • Can you ship overseas?

    Yes and no. USA will prepare your overseas container in accordance with IMO regulations, however, you must have a 3rd party forwarded to move the product from the USA out of the country. Technically, USA ships your material to your forwarder’s port of choice.

  • What is your service area?

    USA Container ships nationally, however, our local service area for our trucks is ~ 100 mile radius from Piscataway, NJ 08854.

  • What are your payment terms?

    Payment terms are net 30 with a 1% discount if paid within 10 days.

  • Can USA help me pick the correct packaging container I need?

    Absolutely. Although the final decision is the customer’s choice, we will help you figure out the most optimal container for the material you are packaging.

  • Do you accept credit card payments?

    Yes. We accept Visa, MC, and AMEX with a minimum charge of $250.

  • Can I tour your facility?
