Warehousing Benefits

All our warehouses have 24/7 monitored security as well as fences along the perimeter. We maintain a proactive pest control and sanitation program.

For our food grade material, we have a HACCP-based Food Safety Plan and a Food Defense Plan that is designed to protect our customers’ goods. We are approved to store and distribute kosher and organic materials.

For our customers with tech grade material, we can handle consumer goods, both powders and liquids and utilize racking for small containers and bags to maximize storage space.

USA Warehousing offers services such as:

• Rail Services – Our Hillsborough location has storage capacity of 150 cars with a 15 car service capacity at any given time
• No short line – Serviced by Norfolk Southern direct
• On-site locomotive – Cars moved nightly as necessary
• Docking Doors – Multiple loading doors in all facilities
• Highway Convenience – Located near all major highways including Rt 22, I-287, I-78, I-95.
• Locator System in place – to quickly locate your material in our warehouse for faster staging times.
